Amanda helps to communicate GeoEngineers’ stories and values, both inside and outside the firm. She manages communication channels, crafts messages, and develops creative ways to introduce people to GeoEngineers’ brand, culture, and services. Whether it’s corporate communication campaigns or feature stories about award-winning projects, Amanda uses her passion for connecting people to develop messages that resonate and build the lasting relationships that have made GeoEngineers successful.
Amanda’s ability to build strong, genuine connections is a core skill she brings to her career. She believes that fostering trust and open communication is crucial for collaboration, whether working with clients, colleagues, or stakeholders. These relationships create an environment where ideas can flow freely, and feedback is embraced.
Having worked in various part-time internships, including a production studio in London and as a social media coordinator for a non-profit, Amanda found her true calling in marketing at GeoEngineers.
Since joining GeoEngineers in late 2024 after attending Boston University’s College of Communications, Amanda has embraced the variety of her work. She enjoys the dynamic nature of her role, from branding to corporate communication, which keeps every day fresh and exciting.
“The diversity of my work allows me to tackle new challenges and explore different strategies,” she said. One of her favorite aspects of her role is the incredible community she is now part of. “From my first interactions, I could tell the team is not only skilled and dedicated but genuinely passionate about the work they do.”
Looking ahead, Amanda hopes to make a lasting impact throughout her career. “I want to confidently say that through my work, I was able to help someone,” she said. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys relaxing with a good book or TV series, playing with her cat Penelope, and staying active at Solidcore.
