Meet Juno McMacon, GeoEngineers’ lunch auditor and part-time dirt displacement specialist. At a sturdy 40 pounds, this Texas-born Pembroke Welsh Corgi has the build of a linebacker, the appetite of a vacuum cleaner, and the determination of a true geotechnical engineer, since geotechnical engineers dig holes mostly for fun.

Her resume doesn’t stop there. Juno is a master of the dramatic “play dead” routine (triggered by the word BANG), a dedicated ear-sniffer, and a puzzle-solving prodigy—though only if snacks are at stake. She also has a knack for performance, spinning and standing on her hind legs to charm treats out of even the most disciplined coworkers.

Outside of work, Juno fills her time with her favorite hobbies alongside her sidekick, Alex: howling at EMS sirens, playing fetch with zero interest in returning the ball, strolling around the neighborhood, and—above all else—eating. From strawberries to forgotten snacks, if it even vaguely resembles food, Juno considers it fair game.

Whether supervising lunch breaks, practicing her excavation techniques, or staging an impromptu howl concert, Juno shows up to work daily with passion and hunger (no, literally).

We're driven by our values.
