All the way from North London (but now settled in San Diego), Jodie is the Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager at GeoEngineers, leading strategic business development and marketing initiatives within the federal market and related segments. She focuses on building strong networks and identifying opportunities that deliver value to clients.
With 20 years of business development experience, Jodie started her career as a construction industry recruiter, building connections and understanding client needs. For the past four years, she has worked in business development within the geotechnical industry, combining strategic insight with hands-on expertise to support GeoEngineers’ growth.
Outside of work, Jodie enjoys Latin American dance and was previously a professional salsa dancer. She says, “I love cooking and trying out new recipes from all over the world, and I always have a cold Heineken in my hand while I’m cooking!” She also loves traveling—having visited every continent except Australia, with plans underway to complete her round the world journey—and has undertaken an expedition retracing Sir Ernest Shackleton’s path in South Georgia and Antarctica. Jodie enjoys playing golf, spending weekends by the pool with her husband, two children, and puppy Donnie, and sharing adventures with her family and friends.
