Key’s fascination with technology runs deep. “I’ve never simply accepted that something ‘just works,’” they explain. “I must know how, why, and when it works the way it does.” That curiosity has guided Key’s career and shaped their approach to problem-solving. Whether upgrading hardware, troubleshooting software, or optimizing systems, they’re motivated by a desire to understand and improve the tools that keep GeoEngineers running.
Before joining GeoEngineers, Key built a diverse IT background through roles at Framingham State University, WinnResidential, and World Insurance Associates. These experiences honed their ability to balance independent technical work with responsive, people-focused support.
Looking ahead, Key hopes to continue growing their technical skills and advance into a Systems Administrator or Level 3 technician role.
Outside of work, Key enjoys spending time outdoors, walking local trails, and relaxing with TV shows or video games on their custom-built PC. They’re also an avid tabletop gamer, playing Magic: The Gathering with friends and joining Dungeons & Dragons campaigns every other weekend.
