Olive Edwards

Olive is a Staff Geo-Structural Engineer based in GeoEngineers’ Portland office, where she supports construction solutions that account for both structural demands and site conditions. She works at the intersection of geotechnical and structural engineering, helping ensure designs start with a clear understanding of the ground.

Olive’s strength lies in bridging geotechnical engineering and structural design. She emphasizes clear calculations, well-organized documentation, and effective coordination with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project solutions.

Prior to joining GeoEngineers, Olive gained experience in structural design and consulting engineering, including developing calculation packages, coordinating design documents, and supporting projects through field observations and geotechnical laboratory testing.

She is motivated to continue building her expertise in geo-structural design, take on increasing technical responsibility, and work collaboratively toward becoming a licensed Professional Engineer. Outside of work, Olive enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and staying active with friends and family.
